The phone numbers you need to use to apply for a certificate of competence have changed.Call 0330 332 7149 to contact the WATOK team. Call 0330 088 0633 to make a payment for your certificate of competence by debit card. The publication page and page 3 of the guidance (English and Welsh versions) have been updated.The guidance also applies to Wales. Corrected on the page.
