Complete the following documents:

- Urban Tree Challenge Fund - application annex
- Biosecure procurement exception form
When to use the Biosecure procurement exception form
If you are not purchasing your trees from a commercial supplier, use this form to request an exception from the Biosecure Procurement requirement.
Once completed, send the application form, annex, application map(s) and biosecure procurement exception form (if required) to utcf@forestrycommission.gov.uk.
If you have submitted an application, you will receive emails relating to your UTCF application from the email address forestry@ukemail.icasework.com.If you are expecting correspondence in relation to a UTCF application, please check your junk folder and accept emails from this address.
