EWGS terms and conditions
On 1 January 2023, all European grant funded grant schemes moved on to domestic terms and conditions (T&Cs).
This means that some of the conditions under EU law that were retained following departure from the EU no longer apply, for example you now have 8 weeks to apply for Force Majeure instead of the previous 15 days.
The main revision, and benefit of the new T&Cs is that the Forestry Commission now has more discretion over how reductions are applied, and penalty conditions have been removed.
View a copy of the fs.compliance@forestrycommission.gov.uk for more information.
