In June 2009, the Cabinet Secretary announced that business expenses incurred by the most senior civil servants on official duty would be published.
This series brings together documents relating to GIAA senior officials business expenses and hospitality with external organisations.
The report covers GIAA senior officials at Senior Civil Service 2 (SCS2) (or equivalent) and above. It also includes the non-executive directors of the GIAA Board.
The report includes bookings for travel and accommodation made through central booking systems and those claimed for via expenses. The hospitality listed is that which has been declared by senior officials.
Some data may be redacted if it was deemed that publishing it could impact on personal or national security.
