Details

This is an advisory notice regarding the risks posed by jurisdictions with unsatisfactory money laundering and terrorist financing controls. It sets out changes to the definition of High Risk Third Countries in the Money Laundering Regulations. This means any countries listed by the Financial Action Task Force as high risk, or under increased monitoring, are henceforth automatically deemed High Risk Third Countries under the Money Laundering Regulations.
