Form: Application registration card (ARC) enquiry form

Use the online ARC enquiry formto tell the Home office if:

  • you have not received your ARC
  • yourARChas been lost, stolen, seized or damaged
  • your ARChas expired or will expire soon
  • the work concession on the ARC is wrong
  • the photograph on the ARC is wrong

You may need to provide fingerprints and a facial image again.

If other people in your family also have problems with their ARC, fill in one form for each person.
