The pre-matching process is part of the Afghan citizens resettlement scheme and the Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy.
Under the pre-matching process, people can be given settled accommodation before its ready to live in, as long as:
- they accept the accommodation offer before theyre required to leave bridging accommodation
- its ready to move in by 31 December 2023
