This document provides information on the commencement dates of the provisions of each section of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.
Commencement date for 'Sections 22-56, Schedule 1 - Domestic Abuse Protection Notices and Domestic Abuse Protection Orders Pilot' updated.
Schedule updated to include Section 15 Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) subsection 3, This amendment placed a duty on the IOPC to co-operate with any requests made by the Domestic Abuse Commissioner.
