Guidance updated to reflect the coming into force on 31 March of provisions in the Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016 and Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 to enable the enforcement, variation, renewal and discharge by a court in the United Kingdom of a sex offender management civil order made in another part of the UK.
