This guidance provides information on making decisions under streamlined asylum processing. This includes deciding asylum claims without a substantive asylum interview where appropriate.

Updated to make clear 7 March is the deadline for flow cases and to clarify the withdrawal process.
This updated guidance reflects changes in streamlined asylum processing to include claims on or after 28 June 2022 and the inclusion of claims from Sudan post 28 June 2022. The guidance also explains the process of withdrawing asylum claims where a claimant fails to return an asylum questionnaire.
