The Anti-social Behaviour Action Plan sets out the governments approach to stamping out anti-social behaviour and restoring the right of people to feel safe in, and proud of, their local area. The plan is an ambitious and wide-reaching new approach that will give Police and Crime Commissioners, local authorities, and other agencies the tools to tackle the blight of anti-social behaviour facing communities across England and Wales.
If you are a member of the public who has experienced anti-social behaviour, you can find support through Anti-social behaviour: how to get help.
If you are a practitioner you can access guidance through Anti-social behaviour: guidance for professionals.
As part of the ASB Action Plan, we are launching a consultation on community safety partnerships and anti-social behaviour powers.
The consultation includes questions on the relationship between community safety partnerships and police and crime commissioners, the role of community safety partnerships and police and crime commissioners in tackling anti-social behaviour and the expansion of anti-social behaviour powers.
