When registering cases as high cost within CCMS you should simply send through a case query and avoid sending an email as well.
Sending both a case query and an email just creates additional work.
A case query can be used for any high cost enquiry, including:
- registering a Care Case Fee Scheme (CCFS)
- requesting an exceptional exemption
- contacting the team for advice
There is no need to contact the team to find out what dates they are processing as this information is available on GOV.UK see below.
