An updated version of Crown Court fee guidance is now available. This covers guidance for claiming for payments under the:

• Litigators Graduated Fee Scheme (LGFS)
• Advocates Graduated Fee Scheme (AGFS)

The main changes concern:

1. new regulations for trial advocates
2. clarification on armed robbery claims
3. addition of existing guidance on claiming electronic evidence as Pages of Prosecution Evidence (PPE) previously published as stand alone guidance
4. LGFS interim payments guidance previously published as stand-alone guidance
