The Low Pay Commission (LPC) is the body which advises the Government on the National Minimum Wage, including the National Living Wage.

In the course of our work, we hear evidence from employers and workers on compliance. We also use labour market statistics to estimate the extent of underpayment. The report published today looks at the scale and nature of underpayment; its persistence for workers; and the performance of the enforcement regime.

The current minimum wage rates are set out in the table below. You can find more information here on the rates which will come into force from April 2025.
