This page contains the 2022 report of the Low Pay Commission (LPC). This report sets out in depth the evidence and analysis which Commissioners relied on in reaching their recommendations.
The LPC submitted its recommendations to the Government in October 2022 on the rates of the National Minimum Wage, including the National Living Wage to apply from 1 April 2023. The Government accepted these recommendations in full. The rates which will apply are as follows:
