Defra developed the proposed FMP in partnership with the Marine Management Organisation (MMO), with stakeholder engagement.

This FMP sets out plans for the long-term sustainable management of Southern North Sea and Channel skates and rays stocks in English waters.??

We are also seeking views on an environmental report, which describes the likely environmental impacts of the FMP.
