Inquiry
The MMO decided on 19 August 2024 to cause an inquiry to be held into the applicants harbour revision order application.
The MMO further notified the applicant and those objectors who had not withdrawn their objections that the following appointments had been made:

Programme Officer Helen Wilson, Helen Wilson Consultancy Limited
