Notice to all Shipowners, Masters, Seafarers, Skippers, Ship managers and Shipbuilders.

This Note replaces MGN 610 (M+F) SOLAS Chapter V: Guidance on the merchant shipping (safety of navigation) regulations 2020 which is now revoked. This guidance notice should also be read in conjunction with the Merchant Shipping (Safety of Navigation) Regulations 2020 including the 2025 amendments.
