This Marine Information Note (MIN) provides guidance on the implementation, approval and ongoing monitoring of MCA Approved Training Providers and Nautical Colleges in the United Kingdom and Overseas under regulation I/6 and I/8 of the STCW Code.
Notice to all Owners, Masters, Officers, Ratings and those concerned with maritime training.
This notice should be read with MSN 1865 (M+F) Amendment 1) and replaces MIN 535 Amendment 1 on 10 January 2023.
This MIN has been extended to 30 April 2025.
