This notice should be read in conjunction with the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Minimum Requirements for Seafarers etc.) Regulations 2014, the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Recruitment and Placement) Regulations 2014, MSN 1845 (M) Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 Food and Catering: Provision of food and fresh water, MSN 1844 (M) Maritime Labour Convention, 2006: Crew Accommodation and annex A attached separately alongside this notice, outlining the MLC, 2006 amendments 2022.

This MIN expires 30 September 2025.
