The Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission manages the Marshall Scholarship programme on behalf of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).
The programme helps to strengthen the enduring relationship between Britain and the USA. Marshall Scholarships support intellectually-gifted young Americans to study in the UK, returning home at the end of their studies with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the UK.
The framework document outlines the governance relationship between the Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission and the FCDO.It sets out roles and responsibilities, and governance and accountability, including financial matters. The framework document will be in place until March 2025.
