DART Assurance Forms
In accordance with the introduction of Industry Security Notice (ISN) 2023/10, the following forms are now obsolete and have been removed:
- CyDR Interim Secure by Design electronic Initial Registration Form (e-IRF) V4.5.1
- CyDR Interim Secure by Design initial registration form V4.0 (S version)
- MOD screening and DPIA workbook
- DART Organisation Registration Form (ORF) v2.2
The ISN provides details around the new process for Industry. If you have any questions, please refer them to your MOD Delivery Team.
CyDR Interim Secure by Design Cyber Activity & Assurance Trackers (CAATs)
CAATs are completed by Project Teams as part of the Secure by Design First Line Assessment process. Please download the CAAT that most accurately reflects the development stage that your project has reached. Completed forms should be forwarded to your MOD Delivery Team.
Industry SbD feedback form v1.0
Industry partners are encouraged to provide constructive feedback on the Secure by Design (SbD) process.
CyDR RBC submission form: information - OS version and CyDR RBC submission form: movements - OS version
Use these forms where neither the information youre entering nor the information about which the RBC is being raised exceeds OFFICIAL SENSITIVE (OS).
CyDR RBC submission form: information - S version and CyDR RBC submission form: movements - S version
These forms must only be completed on a device/system/network that has been Security Assured to process data up to and including SECRET.
Use these forms where either the information youre entering is classified at SECRET or the information about which the RBC is being raised is considered to be SECRET or above.
