Natural England
Details
On 22 January 2020, Natural England submitted a collection of reports to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs setting out the proposals for improved access to the coast between Harwich and Shotley Gate.
The independent planning inspector appointed by the Secretary of State (the appointed person) is minded to determine that these proposals do not strike a fair balance in response to the objection concerning land at Ray Lane, Ramsey to Stone Point, Wrabness (see report HSG2).
Read the notice for details of the objection, the planning inspectors response and how to make a representation.
Anyone may make a representation to the planning inspector in connection with this objection, using the form attached to this page.
All representations must reach the appointed person by Tuesday 19 September 2023.
