The Secretary of State has launched the 5th Independent Reporting Commissions Annual Report and Accounts ending 31 March 2022, pursuant to Article 10 of the International Treaty establishing the Commission.

This report reviews the internal processes and accounting of the Independent Reporting Commission (IRC).
