The Northern Ireland Office maintains a register of the private interests held by NIO Senior Leadership Team (Directors) and NIO Departmental Board Members. The purpose of the register is to give Directors and non-executive Board Members the mechanism to publicly declare any private interests which may conflict, or may be perceived to conflict, with their public duties. Interests are reviewed at monthly Executive Committee meetings, quarterly Board meetings and are published bi-annually.
