  1. Updated the 'Social care: Ofsted privacy notice' to reflect the changes to the Area SEND framework and handbook, which was updated on 5 April 2024.

  2. Added privacy notice for inspections of early career framework (ECF) and national professional qualifications (NPQs).

  3. Updated the schools privacy notice to take into account a reduction in the range of personal data the DfE provide to us about people associated with independent schools.

  4. Updated the 'How long we keep personal data' section of the further education and skills, initial teacher education and schools privacy notices.

  10. Added privacy information about initial teacher education and recruitment.

  11. Added information about residential schools and colleges to the social care privacy notice.
