When to claim
You can claim funding if you have set up a Get funding to improve animal health and welfare (IAHW) agreement before the vet visit. The vet will give you a summary for the animal health and welfare review or endemic disease follow-up.
You cansubmita claim until 19 September 2027 (please note all reviews and follow-up visits must have been done by 19 June 2027).
Your review claim must be approved before you claim for the resulting follow-up. You must have followed the guidance on timing of reviews and follow-ups.
