Our Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) is a quality assurance scheme for the private security industry. We approve private security companies.

Use Get Approved to understand what is involved in becoming an approved contractor.

Use Get Approved Clarifications to get a deeper understanding of certain points covered in Get Approved.

Use the ACS Self-Assessment Workbook to assess your company against the ACS standard. To download the workbook, right-click on the link and select Save as

Use the ACS Self-Assessment Report to determine whether your company meets the ACS standard and to identify good practice to improve your business. To download the report, right-click on the link and select Save as

Use the ACS Self-Assessment Workbook Guide to understand how to assess your company using the ACS Self-Assessment Workbook.

Use the ACS application form to apply for ACS approval.

Use the ACS payment slip to pay your application and registration fees.
