Form: Student finance application forms and notes for new part-time students for a course that started after September 2012 and before August 2018

If youre a new student applying for a course that started after September 2012 and before August 2018, for Tuition Fee Loan only, youll need to complete and send a PTL1 form for the relevant academic year.

If youre a continuing student applying for a course that started after September 2012 and before August 2018 for Tuition Fee Loan only, youll need to complete and send a PTLC form.
