The Office for Legal Complaints, which came in to formal existence on 1 July 2010, is responsible for the oversight of the Legal Ombudsman. Contains the report from the Ombudsman to the Board.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
