On 15 May 2024, the Tribunal Procedure Committee (TPC) commenced a consultation on possible amendments to the power to set-aside a decision.

This consultation proposed amending various tribunal procedure rules concerning the power to set aside a decision where there has been a procedural irregularity. Stakeholder views were sought on whether such rules should be adopted as well as the content of such rules.

This consultation closed on 7 August 2024. The TPC is now publishing a response to the views expressed by the consultees in the consultation.
