Advanced Research in Telecommunications Systems (ARTES) is the European Space Agency (ESA) programme for the development of commercial telecommunications products, services, and applications. The Business Applications and Space Solutions (BASS) programme is part of ESAs ARTES 4.0 programme. This guidance refers to Business Applications only, and not the Telecommunications Systems aspects of ARTES.
