The United Kingdom subscribed 190 million to the ARTES (Advanced Research in Telecommunications Systems) programme in 2022 to support the UK satellite telecommunications industry, and is supporting four activities on Satellite Quantum Communications Networks.

Applications are made through ESA, via ESA-Star.

The deadline for applications is Wednesday 23 October 2024.
