If you live in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man you can apply online.

You can get help to make your online application if you are in the UK and you do not have the appropriate access, skills or confidence to complete an online immigration application form.

Use this form if you live in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, and want to apply for a certificate of entitlement showing you have the right to live and work in the UK (right of abode).

You will need to submit your documents with your application.

Most people who live in the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, who apply online are able to keep their documents while their application is processed.
