Use form FLR(P) to apply for extend your permission to stay in the UK if all of the following apply:
- youre a child under 18
- youre staying with a relative who is not your parent
- the relative has protection status in the UK
- the relative has not settled in the UK
Fee waiver
You can apply for a fee waiver if youre eligible. This means you will not have to pay the application fee.
To apply for a fee waiver, you need to:
- fill in the fee waiver request form
- send it together with form FLR(P)
This fee waiver request form can only be used with FLR(P) applications. It cannot be used to get a fee waiver for any other type of application.
