Use form FLR(P) to apply for extend your permission to stay in the UK if all of the following apply:

  • youre a child under 18
  • youre staying with a relative who is not your parent
  • the relative has protection status in the UK
  • the relative has not settled in the UK

Fee waiver

You can apply for a fee waiver if youre eligible. This means you will not have to pay the application fee.

To apply for a fee waiver, you need to:

  • fill in the fee waiver request form
  • send it together with form FLR(P)

This fee waiver request form can only be used with FLR(P) applications. It cannot be used to get a fee waiver for any other type of application.
