Form: Windrush Compensation Scheme: claim forms and guidance

Use these forms if you are either claiming compensation:

  • for yourself
  • if you are a close family member
  • if you represent someones estate

How to claim depends on who you are and if you are in the UK or overseas.

You should read the relevant form guidance before you apply.

If youre filling in the form using a computer or mobile device

You need to:

  • save a copy of the form before entering your information
  • type directly into the form - do not paste text into the box from another document

Pasting text into the box might mean some of the text is not displayed correctly when you send your form.

If you need more space, add the additional information to a separate document.
