Updated Asylum Screening and routing guidance.
Updated to reflect the requirement to make an asylum claim at a designated place, as set out in Section 14 of the Nationality and Borders Act 2022, and definition of an application for asylum and claim for humanitarian protection as set out in Immigration Rule 327. Also, to reflect change in policy that a child who is to be named as a dependant on an asylum application can and should (generally) be understood to have made an application for asylum in their own right.
Updated 'Request for asylum made during the removal process' document to include the Atlas referral process.
