Visa application centres are operated by commercial partners (also known as suppliers) on behalf of UK Visas and Immigration. These will change in some locations.

Added the visa application centres that will change commercial partner on 22 October 2024. Also added information about paying the mandatory user pay (MUP) fee if you change your appointment.
Applications inside the UK: the commercial partner will change from Sopra Steria to TLScontact on 15 October.
1) At the Belgium visa application centre, people with a TLScontact appointment have until 11:59pm on 2 September to upload supporting documents. Otherwise they will have to pay for the assisted scanning service. 2) Added information about how to check an email from TLScontact or VFS Global is genuine.
