The guidance also covers applications from children of ECAA workers and business persons, who can apply for entry clearance to come to the UK as an ECAA dependant under the same Appendix. A person with permission on the ECAA route can apply for settlement under Appendix ECAA (now called Appendix ECAA Settlement).
With the end of the EU Exit transition period, those who wish to apply for an extension of ECAA leave after 11pm on 31 December 2020 must use the updated application form. Failure to do so will mean the application will not be valid and will be rejected.
Read the guidance for what to do after the end of the transition period.
