UK Visas and Immigration guidance on how staff consider applications to enter or remain in the UK on the Temporary Work routes of the Immigration Rules, previously called T5 (Temporary Worker).

  4. Guidance updated to reflect the fact that contractual service suppliers and independent professionals are now required to apply under the Global Business Mobility Service Supplier route. Ornamental horticulture and a new minimum hourly pay requirement have been added to the Seasonal Worker section.

Guidance has been updated to reflect that, for the purposes of the Temporary Work International Agreement route Contractual Service Supplier and Independent Professional eligibility requirements, applicants who show they have a Swiss Hohere Fachschuldiplom (Swiss Higher Technical College Diploma) meet the requirement to show they have a university degree or equivalent technical qualification.
