Details

UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff on handling change of circumstance requests relating to Worker and Temporary Worker sponsors.

This includes information on:

  • processing a change request case

  • checking and requesting submission sheets and supporting evidence

  • requesting further evidence and information from a sponsor

  • what to do if a sponsor is non-cooperative

  • using Metastorm

  • checking license status and routes and reviewing license history
