Form: Become authorised to issue plant passports and a fireblight pest free area status

Growers and traderscan use the expression of interest form to declare an interest to become authorised to issue plant passports. Its free to use the online form.

When youve submitted your expression of interest, the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) will contact you within working 5 days and let you know how to become authorised using eDomero. Its free to become authorised using eDomero.

Other ways to apply

If you do not want to use eDomero you can use the AppAUTH form instead. The fee is 20.66.

Fill in the AppAuth form and send it to plantpassportregistration@apha.gov.uk

APHAwill process your application within working 5 days when you apply by email using the AppAUTH form. Your local inspector may need to approve your application.
