Details

To restore your herds officially TB free (OTF) status, youll need to complete the cleansing and disinfection declaration form (BT05) and send it to the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA).

With the removal of all bovine TB reactors and direct contact animals, you must cleanse and disinfect the:

  • premises
  • facilities
  • vehicles
  • equipment

Email the completed form to CSC.TBBT5s@apha.gov.uk. Or, you can post it to APHA:

If you do not send the declaration to APHA, it may delay the removal of herd restrictions.

When visiting an affected farm, APHA inspectors may check that cleansing and disinfection has been completed as required.
