The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2020 to 2024 sets out how the CMA will meet the requirements of the Public Sector Equality duty over the next 4 years.
This is supported by the Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan which sets out our road map for delivering our ambitions to continue to build and support a diverse workforce.
For 2020 to 2021 there is a priority focus on race diversity and our key actions are highlighted in the Race Action Plan.
30 March 2023: We published our Annual review for April 2021 to September 2022 and our Action plan for March 2023 to December 2024.
