Any date changes for G-Cloud 13 will be published on this page. Some dates for lot 4 are different to lots 1, 2 and 3.

26/08/22 - CCS has taken the decision to vary the framework term of G-Cloud 12, meaning it will remain open for customers to call off from for two months after its current end date, until 27 November.

This will ensure that customers can continue to buy the services they need and will give us the additional time to ensure that when G-Cloud 13 is launched on 9 November, it will deliver the best experience for customers and suppliers.

How to apply to G-Cloud 13 lots 1, 2 or 3

If you already sell on G-Cloud 12 you will still need to apply to sell on G-Cloud 13. All G-Cloud 12 services will be removed when G-Cloud 13 services are live.

You can reuse your G-Cloud 12 declaration and services. You should check your responses and make any changes necessary for G-Cloud 13. You will need to upload your service documents again.

If youre a new supplier, youll need to create an account on the Digital Marketplace to apply.

How to submit a tender for G-Cloud 13 lot 4

Submit your tender using the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) eSourcing tool

If youre an existing supplier you will not be able reuse your G-Cloud 12 service and declaration documents for lot 4.
