The School Teachers Review Bodys 34th report sets outSTRBs analysis and proposals for teachers and school leaders pay. TheGovernment responded to the report in Parliament. The written ministerial statement setting out the Governments response can be found here.
The report on teacher job levelling has been produced byWTW. The research was commissioned forSTRBand analysed the job levels of teaching and leadership roles and, using external salary survey data, compared these roles with jobs of a similar size, scope and complexity. It is one part of the broad evidence base used by the STRB.
TheSTRBprovides independent advice to the Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Education on school teachers and school leaders pay and conditions in England.
