This consultation seeks views on amendingHer Majestys Chief Inspector of Education, Childrens Services and Skills (Fees and Frequency of Inspections) (Childrens Homes etc.) Regulations 2015in relation to:

• a 20% increase on current fees payable by childrens social care providers (excluding supported accommodation), for those providers which are not already at full cost recovery
• an amendment to minimum inspection frequencies for childrens homes wherethere are no children accommodated in the home

It also seeks views on:

• amending the The Care Standards Act 2000 (Registration)(England) Regulations 2010 in relation to the disclosure of names and addresses for secure 16 to 19 academies and secure childrens homes (SCHs)
• future consultations in relation to fees payable to Ofsted by childrens social care providers
