These independent verifiers have the appropriate expertise to provide data assurance for the Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO) and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Mandate.

All low carbon fuel suppliers applying for certificates must appoint a recognised independent party to provide limited assurance that your carbon and sustainability information meets sustainability criteria. Data concerning fuel supplied must be independently verified before renewable transport fuel certificates are awarded.

Suppliers must also use a recognised verifier to provide reasonable assurance that reported fuel quantities are accurate when submitting data for the SAF Mandate.

Further information is available in the third party assurance guidance.
