This document sets out JCVIs scientific view on the use of flu vaccines in the UK for the 2025 to 2026 flu season.

  1. The JCVI Influenza vaccine advice for 2025 to 2026 has been updated to reflect that the trivalent formulation of IIVa has now been granted a change in license indication for use from the age of 50 years of age. The statement has also been simplified for at-risk adults into one age band, 18 to 64 years of age.
