Record your pupil's progress learning to drive

Use this form to record your pupils progress through their driving lessons. Its sometimes called the drivers record.

If youre a learner driver, you can ask your driving instructor to record your progress on this form.

The form includes the skills your pupils need to:

  • learn the basics
  • get started with driving
  • be aware of others
  • use junctions
  • carry out manoeuvres
  • drive on different types of road
  • drive in the dark and in different weather conditions
  • navigate a route
  • be fuel-efficient
  • transport people and loads

You can either keep this form or give it to your pupil and ask them to bring it to each lesson.
